Now, to the point at hand: if the press is Trumpās enemy, then Trump can say so with honesty; but Trump isnāt saying that, heās conflating himself with āthe peopleā. Is Trump āthe peopleā? Is Trump the State, i.e., the government? He talks as though he thinks he is, do you agree with him?

The really scarey part is that this is what I think he believes.

Cnn, Fox, and msnbc are news entertainment networks that want ratings. Msnbc leans left and doesnāt really pretend otherwise, cnn thinks creating drama and awkward panels of trump supporters saying crazy things while liberals roll their eyes is gold, and Fox went from tan suits and mustard to all hail king trump. They purged a few conservatives who were annoying and some went to the other two networks like a sports trade. Yeah Dwight Howard isnāt working out here, maybe heāll do better in another environment and boom Ralph Peters is now on CNN. Fox kept Sheppard smith and Chris Wallace pops up from time to time but itās mostly a ticket to the deep state theater.
So how is any of this the enemy of the American people? A disservice to viewers maybe, depending how biased the punditry gets. But viewers also want the drama like trump voters want the lies. They donāt want āfact checkingā and Fox for the most part is totally okay delivering the goods. Most of the breaking news on cnn is just reporters being fed dirt from White House officials anyways.

You seem to be missing the point at hand. I clearly articulated my argument regarding the MSM being the propaganda arm of the MSM. That one-sided spewing of LW Trump Hating has nothing to do with journalism. It is a concerted effort to undermine and destroy a sitting president.
That is what makes them the enemy of the people. It has nothing to do with Trump conflating himself with anything.
