Yes. And really? I read it in English. I have a friend who is fluent in Spanish and did the same thing. (learned it in college and has been using it ever since).

Assuming Norway can really be called “socialist” and going what I know of Norway and of Venezuela, the difference is Venezuela uses central planning and Norway uses market socialism.
