How so? Both have 1st Amendment Protections as speech.

Yes is attacking Columbus monument an example of an anti-Italian hate crime?

It is clear that there has been selective enforcement of the laws.

Well it would be but then how rare is it to see a minority charged with a hate crime against white people?

Jamed Earl Ray? Who is Jamed Earl Ray?

Yep. That’s exactly right.

Haven’t you heard? New York passed bail reform last year. Vandalism isn’t a violent felony.

As for the go fund me - feel free to start one yourself.

ETA: No need. They have one already. $11,569 raised so far. For what? We’ll never know.

ETA 2 - Nevermind. We do know. All of that money will go to some random “ministry”.

Yes they do because it is discriminatory to only allow a voice to one group/race.

Well, I have no idea why this is relevant to the conversation at hand, but no - a typo does not invalidate an arrest warrant.

Warrants have frequently been overturned as unlawful for a simple misspelling of the name or an error in the address or for incomplete information such as leaving off a Jr, II, III etc.
