It is not clear who paid for it, although it is clear that the city government supported it.

If the pavement is a public forum that other groups should be free to post their messages. That is the point of the law suit in DC.

Haven’t you heard? New York passed bail reform last year. Vandalism isn’t a violent felony.

Warrants have frequently been overturned as unlawful for a simple misspelling of the name or an error in the address or for incomplete information such as leaving off a Jr, II, III etc.
