If a city put a “white lives matter” mural on their streets would it be acceptable?

It is not clear who paid for it, although it is clear that the city government supported it.

If the pavement is a public forum that other groups should be free to post their messages. That is the point of the law suit in DC.

Haven’t you heard? New York passed bail reform last year. Vandalism isn’t a violent felony.
