One sided? Get back to me the next time your caucus condemns the killing of an unarmed person by a LEO whose commands weren’t headed fast enough and because they "thought’ the person was armed.

So you’re good with a two tiered justice system. Good to know.

Be careful what you wish for lib…you are not going to like it when you get it.

So your position is that the people charged with providing public safety working in Merrick Garland’s department of “justice” are more concerned with and find year and a half old cases that were not charged locally, in Houck’s case that resulted in a civil suit being tossed…to be more of a threat than the folks I would describe as domestic terrorist who like to vandalize and fire bomb clinics that provide pregnancy counseling. Again good to know…

That’s the same mentality that excuses 570 riots doing billions in damage to our cities and allows an incompetent Buffoon like Mayorkas to claim the border is secure when it obviously isn’t.

Aka a pure load of woke left wing horse crap.

I don’t support a two-tiered system. But I’m not sure these cases are examples of that divide.

Possibly yes. The DOJ may be prioritizing some cases related to abortion providers over others.

I can’t say whether or not “threat-level” was a deciding factor in which cases to prioritize. Again, we don’t know the current status of the “Jane’s Revenge” investigation.

I hope that’s true.

Sadly I find the left to be loaded with hypocrisy on this issue.

“Reasonably” is a problem. Police aren’t “reasonable”.

“Guns drawn” can be.

Tell you what…if there’s not some action on the dozens of cases of abortion counseling centers being vandalized before long…if in the meantime there’s another story like Mr Vaughn and Mr Houck…

We’ll know.

No…we won’t.

I can’t think of a single thing the FBI has done that was good for America for my entire life…
Can you?

^^Why oversight of the DOJ and FBI should begin big time in January. They should even allow Democrats to select the committee members for their own party.

A nice, reasonably comprehensive story on Jane’s Revenge, that could explain why nothing has come of investigating it. Right wingers, of course, won’t be able to get past the title without being triggered.

A few of the salient points:

  • There is no evidence the attacks have been centrally coordinated…like most left-wing anarchist movements, this one is decentralized
  • The Jane’s Revenge Facebook page seems to have been created by foreigners, and serves as a source of inspiration for the attacks, not coordination. The actual posts at this site lends credence to the idea this is all disorganized
  • Only a couple of the acts have involved arson/attempted arson
  • Not all the incidents have been investigated by the FBI…some have been investigated by police departments. The police departments also say what the FBI will say when asked…there’s no good leads so as to find someone to arrest. I suppose Merrick Garland controls the police department in Moab, Utah?
  • Finally, as is also a heritage of leftist anarchist movements, the attacks have pretty much all occurred at night, where there is little chance of injury or death, and the crisis centers by and large are not disrupted from offering the services they offer (unlike incidents at abortion clinics, which are by design confrontational).

So in short, because it’s a disorganized thing, it’s not surprising there are few if any leads.

Of course, all this will be called “left wing spin”.

I didn’t think the House did that any more…

The Pelosi rule or something!

So there was an enumerated right amended into the constitution that was then amended out?

Please point out that happening.

If that didn’t happen, then it was never a “right”.

Yawn.

Left wing spin, yes. You say there are a couple of arsons or arson attempts, yet the article says four. So twice a couple. For the number of attacks , the article says at least 24.
What difference does it make if there are a bunch of copy cat attacks and not all centrally tied? Instead of sending out twenty agents to take down a protestor who wasn’t going anywhere, put more on these cases. This is real domestic terrorism…as would be a real arson of an abortion clinic be.

FACE still exists as a federal law, whether one likes the law or not.

And if you want to show bad law is bad, enforce it.

How do you know how many are on the case?

And the fact it is decentralized is what makes it hard to investigate and put a stop to.

It took a year for charges to be brought against Houck and Vaughn and they KNEW who these people were and what had been done.
