Colonel W. Shane Cohen, Chief Judge at Guantanamo Bay, is retiring in April 2020.

So much for a January 11, 2021 trial date. :rofl:

They just can’t keep a judge, can they. :smile:

If you had just gone to the Article III Courts, these trials would have been over and done with years ago.
