At some point the Congress must step in and either authorize the action or limit the Presidents authority to act. That is what the WPA is supposed to be for. there is no dictatorship. The President is using the powers and authorities granted him in the Constitution and the law. If Congress fails to demand the WPA be followed that’s on them.

The 4th and 5th are being violated as policy. US citizens are being arrested without RAS, much less probable cause. They are being held without being charged, in some case for over a week.

People are being disappeared off of US streets.

People are being sent to prison in a 3rd country without charges, trial or sentencing.
