Laws vary from state to state on what is allowed at an establishment in regards to allowing a liquor license and alcohol to be served.

That is not the only thing that obtaining and keeping control of a liquor license is about.

Laws vary from state to state on what is allowed at an establishment in regards to allowing a liquor license and alcohol to be served.

And it’s all centered around liquor.

For example… in California you cannot have liquor sold at a full nude strip club. You cannot give liquor to minors. Etc etc

The revocation of a liquor license is due to the mishandling of liquor.
