That’s the Democratic dream then we can all be ■■■■■■■ I never really understood that type of thinking it’s like the people fleeing places in the Third World to move here and want to keep their way of doing things without thinking that maybe their way is what contributed to them having to leave in the first place.

CHAD was the last straw for me in Seattle my wife and are talking to a real estate agent and hope to get the home for sale in two weeks after a few renovations.

I would be very disappointed if either Nashville or Austin goes the way Seattle has. I understand these are liberal cities but they haven’t seem to have went full retard as they have here yet. I am not a 100% the people leaving are just liberals and moderates they are probably a significant amount of conservatives leaving as well that might help keep those politics from drifting to what they were fleeing in the first place.

I don’t believe in one rule government we have seen how beautiful of a result it brings in the end.

Nashville isn’t full retard yet but it may get there. A really rotten mayor there.

Wouldn’t live there on a bet. One is much better off in one of the red counties.

It’s more than that we don’t have a state income tax in Washington either, as well as Tennessee and Florida. None of those places come close to Texas in property taxes from what I can see.

And the property taxes are not just a bit higher but a whole lot higher.

It is. Memphis as well. The rest of the state is pretty nice.

In the middle of the pandemic and with unemployment up Cooper, the Nashville mayor, thinks a 34 percent property tax increase is in order.

That’s the way most states are. The big cities are often cesspools and the rest of the state is decent.

I really hadn’t noticed that until last year during all the riots.

It seems like nearly all the big cities nationwide are blue even in a deep red state like Tennessee.

I figured as much for the blue states but it was a revelation that even in red states this problem is rampant.

And even in the Blue states, the towns outside the cities are usually pretty nice. The political divide in this country is much more large urban vs. small urban and rural, than it is state to state.
