No, it didn’t. You misread the law.

It’s entirely moot, though - because we’re not talking about Texas.

there is another video, grainer, where it shows a person wielding a handgun on the other side of the barricaded door that she was climbing through. fyi. the viewpoint is from the left side of the staircase closer to wall

Yes they do look real. Very real. That’s part of the attraction I guess. The orange tip was added later and in my opinion not nearly enough.

Please be careful where you take that thing, the police will shoot you over it, even with the tip. They probably won’t see it.

We had a different one. It used our regular weapons. The barrel and the mag were different. The upper on the M4 was different, but it used our lowers.

No way I would carry them in public and they definitely weren’t toys.

No I didn’t.

(B) anything that in the manner of its use or intended use is capable of causing death or serious bodily injury.

No.

Yeah, I think that might be the first video I saw. Have you been able to find a link to it?

Yeah, you did. Because you’re having a hard time wrapping your head around what this means:

I saw that same footage. Its in the other thread and yes her torso was attempting to climb through the smashed out glass portion of the door

First thing I said to him was ‘Too real. Too ■■■■■■■ real.’ I mean, I could tell how he was holding it it wasn’t heavy. I’ve held 25s that were heavier. And the butt folded in. But, looks real. I would expect to get a cluster in the chest if I pointed it at anyone inclined/empowered to shoot.

They will and it will be justified. They can be fun for playing in the backyard or some kind of designated gamer area I guess. But is he’s where the public can see him, it could be trouble and it only takes a second.

Mind if I ask how old he is?

NH. I shop next to ladies with pistols on their hips.

Honestly, I don’t know why he bought it. Has bunches of the real thing, Rifle and Gun membership…and it’s NH. Was at the flea market with a friend last year, and he bought an RPG cash, no paperwork.

Why get a pellet gun? To chip a tooth?

Not yet 21, but not a minor.

RPG?

He needs to be careful, they’ll shoot him before they will a lady with a gun in a holster on her hip.

Very careful.

How does a torso attempt to do anything?

He’s good. Had a spreadsheet and an action plan, to persuade his mother.

Took her to the range, worked though shotgun (bird, buck, home, slug), the AK and some others.

Only compromise he asked for, since the rule is ‘never chambered in the house’, is: can I keep the mags full? Seemed fair enough.

He went shooting with a co-worker who showed up with a Desert Eagle, but clearly no upper body fitness. Only time I’ve had that twinge of worry. Seems like a resolutely stupid weapon.

How does selling loosies?
