Amy Coney Barrett

Right, yeah, I realized that after I typed it. And obviously a Senate appointee would not be able to vote to confirm themselves?

One would hope not.

Is that like with child?

I wonder how anti catholic Pelosi is?

What difference does their race or gender make? Shouldn’t justices be evaluated on the content of their judicial character rather than the color of their skin?

“Black women”

He’s not going to try to put in Cruz at a time like this. If I was him I would find a black trans conservative there has to be at least one out there

How could they protest that.

Now you understand.

I love diversity!

Absolutely, but nominating a qualified black woman during a time of racial tension would be seen as a gesture of good will. I think it would be the first time President Trump has tried to reach out to blacks who feel disenfranchised. Might even be good politics.

Good of you to admit “qualified” is third on your list. I love honesty!

“Aren’t their qualified black women who can at least be nominated?“

I’m not the best counter… but qualified is first. Right?

 “Good will” to whom?

First time he reached out?

No, not first. You restricted the pool first. Nice try though.

Or a liberal. That’ll really trigger the libs !!! :stuck_out_tongue:

Looks like neither of us can count.

You restricted the pool to black women. Then “qualified”.

Biden doesn’t seem to think there are.

Or Merrick Garland

No, qualified was typed before black woman.
