I have no problem with the Democrats electing morons like AOC, Tliab, etc.

Because in the end, AOC and company hurt the Democrats by scaring off moderates.

It is my OWN party I want to clean up by ensuring that our elected Representatives behave with the dignity and professionalism expected of a legislator.

Cawthorn, Greene and Boebert do nothing to help the Republican Party overall. As with AOC and company, they scare off moderates who might otherwise vote Republican.

The VAST majority of Republican Senators and Representatives are good people who behave with the dignity and professionalism expected of a Congressman. I want to get that figure up to 100% in the Republican Caucus in both the House and Senate.

Doing so will make the Republican Party stronger.

I probably shouldn’t admit to this, but MTG represents the district next to mine. What an embarrassment for GA - and that’s even without this story.

There’s actually an effort in GA to make her ineligible to run for another term. Unfortunately, it’s likely to be unsuccessful.
