Literalistic thinking is as common amongst those of incorrigible disbelief, as it is amongst the common person developing faith and believing expedient means. This is natural. One disputes, the other has pure faith and becomes enlightened.
More often than not, people confuse spirituality with religion.

The fallacies and arrogance are breath taking.
While Protestant belief that each individual can read and come up with his/her very own interpretation is humbleness itself. Jews are correct. Scripture is intended to be studied, not read.
There are so many fallacies in that post i wouldn’t know where to start. The rudeness and arrogance toward Christians came through loud and clear though.

First, there are no fallacies and I dare you to name just one. Nor am I being rude or arrogant, simply stating facts based on long years of study. I am sorry you don’t care for different views or perspectives–I kind of like them.

Which ways of worship (religions) aren’t man-made?
Someone will say Christianity. After all, God incarnate in the flesh came to earth and created it.
I couldn’t find Christianity in the Bible.
How can we be sure we are not guilty of this:
Mark 7:7 in vain do they worship me, teaching as doctrines the precepts of men.’ 8 You leave the commandment of God, and hold fast the tradition of men." 9 And he said to them, "You have a fine way of rejecting the commandment of God, in order to keep your tradition!
Why only one? More than one can be correct. Or they all can be wrong. Or they can all have truths as well as errors.
