Well I dunno it’s not my job or concern to make Trump look good.
But she was directed to pay the legal fees. Doesn’t exactly look very good for her. But what does, being a porn skank.
Defamation thrown out. The other case proceeds, though it probably isn’t relevant anymore because Trump now admits he cheated on his wife with her.
It’s been a win win win for Avenatti. The cost of the legal fees here are a cheap tax for his media exposure. The main case has reaped giant rewards as Michael Cohen is now a convicted felon and govt witness. Avenatti won’t be president but he’ll sail on a ship of media cash for the rest of his life. Just like Trump…

Well, it’s up to the 9th circuit now. I see at least one major ground for appeal - fighting the choice-of-law. Don’t know if they’ll win, but no one will pay any legal fees until the fat lady sings.
More importantly, this is only one of a few active lawsuits between Stormy Daniels and Trump.
They were already made superstars by their beloved CNN.
Due to the Jerry Springer CNN-media they already have it made.

Trump’s lawyers are trying their hardest to get that case dismissed as well - they’re not trying to enforce the NDA at all anymore. They’re claiming the NDA is invalid because Trump didn’t sign it.

I admittedly stopped following all of the going-ons with Stormy after Cohen pleaded. Now that he’s flipped I know I can just wait for the complete story instead of the daily’s.
