Adam and Steve- Here we go again

Completely lost the plot.

They sold it to SCOTUS. Court just rubber stamped it.

Fair point.

They are afraid it will make them gay.

That’ll help.

Why else would they be afraid of gay people marrying? Something that shouldn’t impact them one iota

Wait a minute. I don’t have a “federally provided” right to marry? How do I go on with life?

Yes, exactly.

Personally I think that promiscuous behavior in general should be treated like we treat smoking. It is legal but strongly discouraged as a health issue.

Second-hand smoking is an issue, and so are second-hand STDs.

I don’t understand what your argument is.

Homosexual couples can’t get each other pregnant.

Transphobic bigotry . . .

Just seems illogical to make that argument if they’re not procreating.

Bottom line is, marriage isn’t a right, period. States have the say. If you want something different in the tax code or inheritance laws, have at it.

Disgust, not fear.

Good gracious.

Loving made it a right.

Egos so fragile that simply being disgusted by what two consenting adults do is worthy of state/federal action.

Yeah. Whatever. Make it a right.

Sounds to me like a lot of people are sitting around waiting for government to grant them permission to exercise what they believe is a right.

Interesting.
