Abortion ban leads to a preventable death

This is false, any competent lawyer could have told the Hospital the law did not prevent medical services unrelated to performing an abortion. This is a case of leftist hospital administrators allowing a woman to die for the narrative.

all I was saying is that she could have gone to NC to get the surgery

ahhh, and yes, she could have. My wife had to get one for polyps

Wrong. The fetus was already dead due to the abortion pills. Any action taken by Drs would have been life saving actions for the woman period. The fear mongering you and the OP are spreading about this abortion law are more likely the primary drivers of their inaction.

That, or she was sacrificed for the narrative

When a medical procedure is criminalized by a single political party they are responsible for the consequences.

No amount of playing games will make that not true.

Yeah… leftists are murdering women to make the GOP look bad.

That makes sense.

I’d hate for that to be the case.

it was not criminalized for the situation this woman was in.

it makes as much sense as blaming the GOP for the hospitals poor understanding of the law

Or… the medical procedure could have happened in Georgia if it wasn’t criminalized and she would be alive today.

Two years later. Pish Tosh. This isn’t an isolated case, if it were, you would have a point. This is a recurring problem that has occurred in multiple states. Instead of denying a problem exists, why not try and find a solution to it before more women die?

Don’t be part of a problem, try and find a solution. You know that hospitals and doctors are risk averse, so make the language of the law plain enough that rendering care to this woman was straight forward. Right now, it is not.

The GOP put the law into place.

Saying that leftist hospitals are killing women to make the Right look bad is just stupid.

The procedure itself has been criminalized.

Hence her death.

Others have also died or have been on the verge of death.

How about blame the actual law.

blaming the GOP because the hospital interprets the law wrongly is equally stupid.

how about blame the hospital for its poor interpretation of the law?

An innocent child dies 100% of the time when a woman has an abortion. nothing about them?

I’m still up for blaming the left in regards to their fear mongering for those hospitals poor understanding of the law.
