A Win for Voters in Pennsylvania

 right on.

What do you think is the problem?

I don’t know much about the mechanism in PA but I had assumed that the extension applies to the point in time that the post office hands the ballot to the clerk/polling official.

There is no problem. It’s kabuki.

I think it’s more telling there are only 3 libz left on the court, yet the vote was 4-4.

You can blame that company in Ohio run by Trump supporters (they flew his flag over their location) for being 10 days late with mail in ballots to key Pennsylvania counties.

Hillary retired it…

The post office has never been the problem.

Picking up one extra piece of mail and delivering it is an insignificant blip on its radar.

All of the BS about funding and the like was made up hot air.

My wife delivers mail, and I used to 15 years ago. Before someone does the math and figures out the the post office delivers 420mil pieces of mail a day, and then tries to claim that that would be a 50% increase for the day… try to contemplate that that is an average.

On days coupons or nation wide mailers go out spikes like that already occur. Sometimes multiple times per week.

How is a four-four split in SCOTUS over something a signal that SCOTUS is OK with something?

Typical lib. Cant boot strap so you rely on socialism ride-sharing. Way to go man. :smirk:

This go-round I’m all set to deliver the fake, tyrannical ballots across New York. That’ll work, won’t it? How does this stuff work again? I’m so confused.

So happy. Pennsylvania will be turning blue this out.

It’s okay with that PA counts ballots past Election Day.

That was the only issue and language that I had a problem with.

Rather ambiguous. Hopefully it won’t matter. If it does this may need litigated separately.

it singles the court is apt to let stand state supreme court rulings about state laws. pretty standard

I kind of agree but can also see why they did it…because maybe if the President hadn’t put a sycophant with a clear business conflict of interest in charge of the Post Office, who then proceeded to start ■■■■■■■ it up for no reason…this might not have happened.

Ever since this guy has been in charge, mail delivery has been for ■■■■■

I’m sure that’s just an enormous coincidence.

Well…at least you admit that Biden has to cheat.

There’s no cheating involved (at least not on Biden’s part).

As has been pointed out, there are only three liberal-leaning justices on the SCOPA.

So a conservative-leaning justice obviously agreed this was fine.

by attempting to enact the reforms that were identified in the obama administration?

Then why the 4-4 split.

Must not be standard. If 4 wanted the state supremes reversed.

Allan

He did no such thing.

And the way he went shutting down the sorting machines cost the Post Office money…it didn’t save them a dime.

And it should be noted that even after he stopped ■■■■■■■ around after a light was shined on his activities…he didn’t undo the damage he had already caused.
