Not at all. Completely in line with other large investigations. Indeed, it’s increased in it’s complexity by its international scope.

I don’t remember any of the bad hombres from the Whitewater investigation being outside of our jurisdiction and it went on for what? 5-6 years, including a special Senate committee, other congressional investigations, and a special counsel.

The fact that it seems like a long time to the President’s supporters suggest there might be some consciousness of his guilt.

He doesn’t control them. Not at all. There are no allegations that they are taking orders from the President. He has fired some corrupt people, but I’m sure that the FBI remains 95 percent intact.
