What happened to “acting Presidential”?

Not the guy asking a stupid question. If in an after game interview a sports journalist asks the coach if scoring fewer points lead to their loss and the coach got heated you could say he lost his temper and acted inappropriately, but I wouldn’t call the questioner smarter. Scaled up for expectations for the presidency vs a coach. The temper won.

I see there is a lot of whataboutism which we all do it, but the comparisons to Trump are off he wasn’t elected for his decency. The difference is Trump didn’t run on bringing things back to normal in politics and bringing decency back to the office. The message was we are replacing this smack talking president and replacing him with a man who will unite the country. That hasn’t panned out so well he has just as bad of a mouth, weak, and we are more split than ever.

He is the opposite of Obama he is like the crazy old uncle you are embarrassed to bring around the children that he might sniff their heads before he dozes off incoherently rambling.

The specific question was whether it would hurt him in the midterms the answer to which is fairly obvious and so I think it was to rile him up (which is fine fair game actually).
And all president’s should accept as part of the job.

If anything, it was Biden who wasted Doocy’s time. He is who called the press conference. If he’s not willing or able to answer obvious questions, what’s he going to do about tough questions?

Trump got 93% negative media coverage…grandstanding frauds like that Acosta idiot from CNN pretending to be journalists. Doocy respectfully asks questions of the president and of his press secretary…people like Acosta spent their time trying to be the show.

The mean tweets weren’t accompanied by $4 a gallon gas, 7% inflation, getting closer to entrance into another war, a crime wave, Afghanistan, and that absolute debacle at our southern border. There are some depressing new numbers just out from the border patrol…

I just learned a few days ago that those free covid test kits being mailed out all (regardless of manufacturer) bear the warning DO NOT FREEZE. It’s January. Unless a person gets their mail in a Post Office, pretty nearly every test kit mailed to Alaska (and many other northern clime States) is going to be useless before we get them.
