Retired United States District Judge Barbara Jones who served as Special Master for this process has issued her final report.
Less than 0.2% of all the Michael Cohen documents are privileged. That is about 7,500 documents out of 4 million documents total.
Michael Cohen is not challenging the final report of the Special Master, so with the exception of the 7,500 documents, the bulk of the 4 million documents will be handed over to prosecutors.
I think is just further proof of what we have all come to know. Mr. Cohen was not engaged in much lawyering for anyone.

I am more interested in New Mexico getting its act together and securely detaining the desert jihadi child killers and abusers than I am about anything Micheal Cohen, Paul Manafort, Amarosa, or Windy Daniels.
FWIW…

We have the resources to all of those things.
No need to choose.
So why mention all of this in a thread about Michael Cohen?

Cohen and the judge agreed on 62.5% of the papers he identified as privileged so…obviously…that’s close enough for government work.
Only smart people enjoy that game.
