This is a phishing exercise for stolen valor. It’s like when a never-has-been asks what PTSD “feels like”.

“ The southern border crisis costs American taxpayers around $451 billion per year for services provided to a record number of illegal aliens under the Biden administration, according to one estimate a Republican-led investigation cites.
In a 49-page report released Monday, the House Committee on Homeland Security found that nearly half a trillion dollars is being lost in the healthcare, law enforcement, education, housing, and other sectors due to an influx of illegal immigration in the past two years. The $451 billion figure takes into account the millions of illegal migrants released by Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas’s Department of Homeland Security, as well as 1.7 million so-called gotaways, the Center for Immigration Studies revealed in May.”

That’s not remotely true.
This was a Republican issued report. Do you have a bi-partisan source? It looks as if they estimated spend on people, but there seem to be no figures for economic contribution from all the jobs they are taking and the taxes they are paying.
If I were to post a report here issued solely by House Democrats I would be told that such reporting has non credibility,
From the link you posted, the report only considered “costs” with accounting for economic contribution from jobs filled and taxes paid.

I’ve got a brilliant idea.
Do your own damn homework.
I’m not here to chase my tail around for some lib.
There are varying numbers…I’ve seen as high as 481 billion and I vaguely remember something about 150 billion once upon a time. No matter how you slice it it’s in the billions.
You asked for a source, I cited a source…which has been quoted on multiple occasions on this forum.

If they were contributing more in taxes than what it’ costs to house, feed, educate, pay healthcare, provide 5000.00 visa cards, free plane rides to city of choice, free phones and legal fees that American tax payers are currently providing then they wouldn’t cost us anything. Does that make sense? What difference does it make if it’s a measly one billion or 500 billion? THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING A NICKEL OF ECONOMIC BENEFIT TO AMERICAN TAX PAYERS! They are receiving benefits that Americans don’t even get. How much math does it take to understand this equation? If you wouldn’t let your own family starve to death to feed your neighbors or if you lock your own front door in a neighborhood of people you know, why the hell do you insist Americans suffer for illegals and leave our front door wide open to all comers? And to make the situation worse WE ARE BORROWING MONEY TO GIVE AWAY!
How many Americans like Laken Riley have to die at the hand of an illegal before you Libs wake up?
WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE??

Ummm your first comment is pathetic and wrong. Nowhere in @Optrader’s post did he state that senile people deserve ridicule.
Whatever dude, you apparently think your point means something, it doesn’t.
He opened vey stating Biden is senile and ended by saying Biden deserves all the ridicule he gets. What he said was obvious, even if you chose not to see it.
In her response to the President Biden’s SOTU Address, Senator Britt referenced the case of a Mexican woman whom she implied had been sexually trafficked by a Mexican cartel and repeatedly raped on American soil due to President Biden’s policies.
What we know now is that Karla Jacinto Romero – the victim whom Senator Britt claims she talked with during a border visit – was not the victim of cartel, was victimized in Mexico, not the United States, and that these horrific crimes occurred during George W. Bush’s presidency…
Speaking on Sunday, Ms. Romero claimed Senator Britt used her as a political prop. She asked that politcians show empathy for victims of sexual abuse rather than using them.
Question: Should Senator Britt apologize to Karla Jacinto Romero for using her story to pursue partisan advantage?
