Hold on for one second here. A mask should do? Then why bother with the vaccine if a mask is just as good? What’s the reason they should be fired again? Because they’re putting other people at risk, right? So if that’s the case, why should any excuse allow you to continue working there? Sounds contradictory to me. But then again, I’m thinking as a long time member of unions. Non union work places aren’t required to make sense.
