I have a pretty good idea.

What is your take?

(w/out the arrogance)

Can they? Or would that be defacing school (i.e. government) property?

K-12 Students do not have 1A rights in a public school.

I am very much opposed to the destruction if our election system. States like Pennsylvania acting unconstitutionally to re write rules las summer and fall should not have been allowed.

Presidential candidates don’t get to question election results? You might want to share that with Hillary Clinton, with frauds like Maxine waters who encouraged leftists to tell trump officials they are welcome, to the various criminals who assaulted Republicans after Trumps acceptance speech. I don’t remember your righteous indignation then.

The reality is idiots acted like idiots in January 6 and they will and should be prosecuted.

Don’t worry…I won’t bother you on this thread anymore. Not because I am wrong, I m not, but because I choose not to post on something that bumps the considerable dishonesty on which this thread is based to the top.

Personally I believe the very first post on this thread is based on such fraudulent broad brushed falsehoods I m surprised the moderators have allowed it to live this long.

I would be embarrassed to slander people the way you have in this thread.

Shameful.

No, they cannot.

The fact you think they can, is a fine display of assumed privilege.

People can get fired for that where I work. Now granted I don’t work for the government, but I can’t believe anyone could honestly begrudge any employer who says practice your religion on your own time. Guess that also explains why we work on Sundays. Haven’t heard anyone screaming “infringement” over that. Weird.

I didn’t come in “due to my religion” isn’t a valid excuse for absence either. Go figure.

If there are rooms in government buildings that are open for use by the public, then yes they have to be offered for religious groups to use as well.

But that’s the only way.

Of course… one cannot walk into any public building, and start a prayer gathering for any significant amount of time.

Nope perfectly legal. And this I know for a fact.

You have to prove slander, but defending a traitor is truly shameful. I don’t blame you for leaving.

I’m sure you think you do.

No one wants to shut YOU up. Preach where you want. Speak where you want.

What you cannot do is get the government to sanction your religion for you.

This is distinctly different than what you claimed.

I know for a fact. Another fact. Students can have a minister pray at their graduation.
Schools can’t hang the 10 commandments and schools can not have a minister pray at the school.
But the students are not part of the government. They have the same 1st amendment rights as all United States citizens.

I know it’s legal for kids to lead prayer groups/Bible studies/etc in school.

As long as none of the teachers or administratora are leading it, it’s fine.

I do also students can display religious items in schools or pass out religious items and literature…the rules against relgious displays are against permanent religious displays done BY the school administration.

School administrators can set limits on when students may do these activities, however.

One could even say that this is a troll thread.
