If there’s an imbalance of trade between the country they’re based in and the US, I’d tariff the goods until the trade is balanced. That’s fair. Otherwise our wealth is simply transferred over time to another country.

No. Obama’s aggregate approval rating on May 5th, 2010 was 48.5% approve; 44.8% disapprove. Trump’s is 44.2% approval; 52.1% disapproval.
