9th Circuit appoints a special prosecutor to argue against vacating Arpaio's contempt conviction

Not even under indictment, Arpaio is a convicted felon.

Hillary’s record has been scrutinized by the best, but she’s always one step ahead of the paddy wagon and that infuriates some one the right.

yep. the Law and Order folks aren’t who people think they are. they don’t believe in Law and Order all the time.

There are the Law Above Order folks and the Order Above Law types.

Same thing could be said about those who are pro illegal immigrants- democrats.

But Arpaio is currently running for the open Senate seat in Arizona here.

A concentration camp is not necessarily a death camp. Look it up.

Who is making this ridiculous argument? Or did you just make it up?

Being convicted and not being convicted is the same principle to you?

He costs the taxpayers millions for his violations of human rights. Glad he got voted out of office. He was convicted by a court didn’t deserve a pardon. And certainly does not deserve all the praise being lumped on him by Trump and Pence.

Arpaio lost by double digits in his reelection bid in a county that has voted for the GOP Nominee since 1952. But with his big ego and his need to continue to be in the news, he is now running for Senator in Arizona here.

what crime has HRC been convicted of?

precedent will be set.
Presidential powers are being eroded by robed minions of the left.

Umm… we now know she had cooperation from the very people who should have investigated her crimes. I’m not impressed with her being one step ahead.

What Presidential powers? They aren’t trying to overturn the pardon. Arpaio went to court trying to get the conviction vacated.

ahh… ok.
thanky thanky mister hankey

The power to remove a conviction has always been with the court, a Pardon simply remove punishment.

This afternoon on a local talk radio show, a “conservative” talk show host was complaining about Arpaio not getting the time on FOX News that Congresswoman McSally has been getting there. If Arpaio does happen to become the AZ GOP Senate Nominee, not only would he would lose, but our GOP Governor would also lose with Arpaio being on the ticket. Arpaio would drag down the AZ Republican ticket.
