Every year I intend to get the flu shot but usually forget about doing so or just keep putting it off until flu season is over. Only got a bad case of the flu once in my life.
The complaints must do what Pfizer tells them through GMA

24 hours after my booster I got a mild fever and felt pretty bad. But felt fine after a good nights sleep.
Dry mouth in the morning like I had 2 scotches the previous evening. No other issues.
I’m genuinely curious though to see that if I’d had 2 scotches the night of my booster, would it have been a compounding effect or redundant one?
I’ll check next year and report back.

I had no reaction outside a slightly sore arm from the first two. Same for my wife, including her booster. I am going to try and talk the person giving me the booster to aspirate first though to make sure it isn’t injected into a blood vessel. Initial data on its effectiveness seems to be going from a very small chance of hospitalization or death to around a twice as small risk.

I got my booster, flu shot and shingles vaccine at the same time at Publix. The only effect I had from all those shots was a sore arm. I did feel a bit ill after my very first COVID-19 vaccine, but that was only 1 day.

You could not pay me any sum of money to go on one of these even without Wuhan Flu.
To board a Royal Caribbean cruise, all guests and staff are tested for Covid-19 and anyone 12-year-old or above must be “fully vaccinated.” The idea is that by following these draconian protocols, the cruise should be impervious to Covid-19 cases.
That’s simply not the case, as a recent cruise demonstrated. 44 passengers tested positive for Covid despite seemingly no way for the disease to have come onboard. Some are blaming a case that was discovered from the previous sailing of the ship, but Royal Caribbean said that’s not possible. According to USA Today:

(That’s my arm a couple weeks ago after donating platelets and bursting a vein midway through; went to get my booster and the vaccine giver lady asked me what happened, with a “you are definitely on heroin” look on her face)

I got pfizer for my first two shots but I am going with moderna for the booster, the large majority of vaers reports are in regard to pfizer.
moderna is also superior for antibody production.
still, no booster for me.

Getting it because of Delta, not Omicron. I smoked like a chimney for thirty years, I can’t get Delta. And I can’t effectively isolate myself without ruining everyone’s Christmas. And I also can’t get treatment if I catch it in my state until hospitalized because I am not officially high risk. And if there turns out to be some long term bad effect, well, I already have two doses in me.

It was a foolish message by Gin Sake to say the Biden address would be stark.
The appeal needs to be to the better side of life and action.
They are all (Biden admin) really lousy at leading.

Zan. Moderna I hope. News out this morning is exactly what I wanted to hear…37 fold increase in neutralizing antibodies after booster with Moderna. That’s not nothing.

My first two were Pfizer but going Moderna for the booster. Fewer VAERS complaints.
Completely expected considering the cited source. No facts just dangerously spun opinion. We’re these people fully vaxxed 2 doses or Boosted. We all know that the vaccine loses efficacy after 6 to 8 months. My 2 shot Vax card isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on after almost a year. But that third dose means a lot.
