3,100 Asylum seekers in arrive in NYC . . . Mayor declares "State of Emergency" says city is pushed "to the brink." (NOT kidding)

This is too rich

In a 7-day period crowd of asylum seekers, smaller than the crowd that gather for an average HS football game or Broadway show, has sought asylum in NYC and Mayor Eric Adams is having a meltdown . . . and the media is treating it as credible.

Wow 3,100 in a week. Whatever are they going to do?
(Prolly throw money at it.)

From the article

“Since last spring, the city has stepped up to welcome approximately 40,000 asylum seekers, providing them with shelter, food, and connections to a host of resources,” Adams said. “We have opened 74 emergency shelters and four humanitarian relief centers at breakneck speed, and done this almost entirely on our own.”

Hoot!

Let us all unite and build a big, beautiful, huge, high, thick wall and be done with this nonsense…or…be a Brandonite? It’s your choice Eric but remember…you voted for this crap. Now lie in it.

Maybe he should send a couple busloads of them to Wilmington Delaware.

Meanwhile in tiny El Paso…

While city officials say they are doing their best to help house and transport migrants released from Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) each day, swelling numbers have strained resources. In the week ending 18 December alone, more than 10,300 migrants were released into the city, up from about 8,000 the week before.

Wow.
Is El Paso big? You know, compared to NYC?

I don’t think he is saying it is big.

Adams whinging about this is pretty ridiculous. However, maby now that imbecile in the white house may start paying attention.

Geewhiz, if only there was a policy to keep these emergency leeches in Mexico.

What we are seeing is the actual results of what having an open border feels like. Not this â– â– â– â– â– â– â– â–  about how these people are going to get good paying jobs and be contributers.

I presume many would be employed.

  • We could do nothing except throw money at them
  • We could employ these known criminals rewarding them for acting and thinking the way they do
    or
  • We could maintain border laws
  • We could streamline the process for legal guest workers who wait their turn

On the brink of some of his voters having unenlightened views about the border?
