Why would “leftists” do this? The FBI did the same thing during BLM as J6 with far far more infiltrators and actual agents.

Because he literally cant know. FBI sources are not employees of the FBI there are prob 10s of thousands maybe 100k+ sources. I was an fbi source, and might still be considered one I was never told I wasnt anymore. I randomly was at J6 but the FBI doesnt know and didnt ask me to go.
Any large event will have fbi sources attending because 1 in 1000ish people are probably fbi sources. The fbi doesnt know or really care what their sources are doing most of the time.

The word “sources” are being released to cover their asses. It’s a vague word than could very well go outside of your definition? The individuals being spotlighted in this discussion are much more involved with J6 than what you represented as an FBI source…in my opinion. As time goes on now, we’ll all learn a lot more and at an increased pace than over the last 4 years. We were fed the narratives those directing this wanted fed and the purpose was to keep Trump out of the WH forever. It didn’t work and now the actual truth regarding that day will hopefully be totally exposed.
