No way in hell that the SCOTUS disenfranchises 6.7 million voters. Even if they did 306-20 is still 286 meaning President Trump still loses.

To be honest, NickN is correct.
The 3-day extension of ballot receipt that was approved by the SCOPA is still before the SCOTUS pending a review of the Writ of Certiorari. What the SCOTUS did was deny the injunction the plaintiffs requested (prevent the counting of ballots received up to three days after Election Day) but they ordered the ballots be segregated specifically so that:
- IF the Writ was accepted, and
- IF the Court ruled to disfranchise some (only those without legible postmarks) or all,
That they could craft a ruling that impacted only those votes. The PA Secretary of State reports the ballots in question total 10,000. So using math, I know math is hard. 45,616 - 10,000 (or some smaller number) is still at least 35,616. So while President Trump getting votes disallowed might stroke his ego, it won’t change the outcome.

nope. currently just PA and either AZ or WI. GA isn’t done counting.
I’ve supported taking cases to the courts.
Taking it to the courts is fine.
Amplifying that there was massive fraud over and over on TV and social media without providing a scintilla of evidence is not.
And 0-12 in the courts in these counts…well wiith one minor “victory” over access to a counting station the Trump team actually already had access to shows me where this is headed.
That and no election with the margins Biden has ever been overturned.

Then deduct Georgia, Arizona and several others if and when the massive fraud scheme is computed and no more 270+…
Regardless of the ultimate outcome, it’s looking like the ones with the hugest ego’s here are the liberal leaning PA Supreme Court Justices who acted-posed like state legislators in the 1st place don’t you concur?
Yes true, so far that is. This could still become the most epic overturn in American history.
Two points:
1-Most of TV and social media are keeping much of Trump’s post election moves off their platforms.
2-As the sitting President the assess to intelligence and law enforcement puts this administration in a superior position to Biden who still is in the dark on that one front.
