Trump is living in the now and knows this must 1st go thru the Supreme Court.

Powell’s case will take 1 to 2 years minimum to get into a court.

I’m not just guessing.

There is a reason why pretty much every case they’ve filed has been thrown out - they’re legally baseless.

This isn’t a matter of judicial ideology, and there’s no new question of law to determine. There is nothing for the Supreme Court to adjudicate.

Trying to make up history? Percentage points Biden 51.1 percent to Trump 47.2 percent is same as 2012 election.

in 1980 Reagan beat Carter almost 8.5 million votes or 50.7% to 41.0%…and again in 1984 almost 7 million votes or 58.8% to 40.6%.

So not only wrong but wrong on multiple accounts.

So how do we suppose to believe anything you say when you’re so wrong about past election?

I strongly disagree -both equal protection (14th Amendment) and how states can not work around their legislative arms in election law need to be adjudicated. More for the sake of future elections than this one.

Neither of those questions have been ruled on, because each and every one of these cases has been dismissed for failure to state a claim for which relief can be granted, or for lack of standing.

Since those questions haven’t actually made it in front of a judge, they won’t be presented on appeal.
