Even with that, it would have to end up in court.

If a post-election audit found none of that, no one is going to go back and look at these affidavits and bring anyone up on perjury charges.

Oh and as for the “backdating”…even this was not as straightforward as you want to make it out to be.

So…not as straightforward as one would like to believe…and not necessarily a lie by Mr. Jacob. If what Mr. Thomas said was true, it’s possible Mr. Jacob didn’t understand why he was being asked to do what he did.

At any rate, Mr. Jacob’s affidavit was dismissed with contrary evidence, and no one thought to bring him up on perjury charges.

All this you could have found had you done just a little more digging.

But a criminal that is good at his craft doesn’t get caught. It was only after a team of people went after him and even then they could only prove tax evasion. The Clinton crime family along with their political allies are some of the very best at their craft of criminality too.

You seem to question cases of election fraud, so I pointed to page 14 of the Texas BILL OF COMPLAINT which covers some of the outright fraud engaged in by Pennsylvania’s public officers.

One of the specific cases in which public officials engaged in election fraud was alter absentee ballot limits set forth in PA’s Constitution. Those unlawful changes resulted in millions of illegal ballots being introduced into PA’s election process.
