Oh I agree, there is zero chance of the Presidential election being overturned. Even if Georgia switched, you would have to do several other states.
Perhaps, once the new Congress is in, it would be a good time for an in depth look at our electoral process.

I think at this point the divisions are too raw for an old fashioned “commission on the election” to make any headway.

If the commission was honest, they would be rejected. But more likely the side with control will use the commission as a political tool to increase power and deny opposition. This is the state of our congress.

Children are alive, thinking, and feeling before their birth. Proven science. It’s a documented fact. You© ignore it in favor of the proglib consensus that says… “just a blob of cells… not human.”

No, he’s not. And I don’t say this with the hope that he somehow gets another term, but if there is fraud with mail in ballots, voter machines or ballot stuffing, it needs to be investigated and people found guilty need to go to jail or at the very least, fix it with VoterID. There can’t be mistrust in our electoral process.

If it is found that some fraud claims are based on lies or willful negligence and intentional misinterpretation of events should the offenders be punished as well?

Absolutely. If they’ve misrepresented themselves in a courtroom or otherwise committed a crime, then throw the book at them.
