You don’t need to prove that we have bad judges. We all agree. You have an option. Remove the judge.

Where is the racism in the law?

And there it is…lol. If it isn’t written down as policy, it’s not happening. Was waiting for that.

Show it, I’ll wait.

One instance is not proof of systemic anything. But fine, we can go back to mandatory sentencing if you like.

Might be the problem with the judge in this case.

I still would like to know more about who represented them.

And that’s how it should be looked at, on a case by case basis. This one looks bad, provided something isn’t missing from the current narrative. Warrants investigation.

Was one judge too strict or the other judge too lenient? Without strict mandatory guidelines it’s a matter of opinion. So should one get a lesser sentence or the other do time? Personally, I don’t care for embezzling. My guess is you would find people of all races in jail for it and you would be confused over the reasons for disparate sentences.

Doesn’t hurt to have someone look into it. Might be a reasonable explanation, might not. But faith in our courts is important so I say, have some other judge review them.

I only counted one possibly racist judge here and that’s far from proven.
