The Pfizer vaccine is 2 shots 3 weeks apart and then it takes 3-4 weeks to build up resistance.

“Forever”? Also unknown, it may turn out to be an annual vaccination as resistance may decrease over time.

it would be easy to do. if you dont get the vaccine your refund gets reduced by 1500. for those that dont get refunds yours tax owed goes up by 1500.
