I would have no problem returning to the pre 1971 laws that made 21 the age of majority (adulthood). That would mean that you could not buy a gun, vote, get married without parental consent, have an abortion without parental consent, or, surgically or chemically change your gender until you are 21.

The idea that an 18 year old is too immature to purchase a gun but a 4 year old can decide to change his gender is about as asinine thing I’ve ever seen.

Pretty good recommendation

Agreed. The 26th would have to be repealed.

Can you find anywhere in the world with less guns but more gun deaths? Or what about more guns with less gun deaths?

I’ll wait

The post being addressed wasn’t about mass murders.

Goalpost move. Fifteen yards penalty for another stupid post.

I have more guns than you. I didn’t kill anybody last night. Did you?

You aren’t very good at following conversations.

Here is the exchange that started the tangent.

IOW, we were discussing the mass shooting.
Samm deflected to any murder.
Spiff pointed out we were discussing mass murders.

These posts of yours are not only petty, they display a surprising level of ignorance.

Do better.

When discussing country wide metrics, your anecdote is irrelevent.

Yet it’s my right, not “country wide metrics”.

You are very good at inserting your own interpretations.

Keep making stupids posts. I’ll keep pointing out the stupidity in them.

Actually, these recent shootings are anecdotes in the overall pool of gun owners.

The woke libs (C) want to turn us into Venezuela apparently.

They seem to be filled with anger and bitterness.

They live in the greatest country in the world but have been indoctrinated to hate it. Ridiculous.

From my recollection. Didn’t you read the first part of my post?

This society in which we live does not immiserate the workers but helps them to build a better life.

Okay … “No one considers gun confiscation ‘common sense’. Even those that support it.”

So are they lying when they say they want to ban and confiscate guns? You know, as part of their “common sense” gun laws? The other option of course is that they know such a law doesn’t make sense. Which is it?

Yep. Even if the chances of an armed teacher surviving a face off with a shooter might be less than 50-50, it’s far better than a zero chance.

Libs with “common sense.”

Look at you. We already know you don’t want to solve the problem. You just want to ban guns.

I just saw that. Take out the 18 and 19 year olds and what happens?
