Shooter is an 18 year old male, described as no longer being a threat. Shades of Newtown.
Thoughts and prayers won’t cut it.

Might want to check your numbers.
No, you need to check yours. Texas governor just updated. My numbers are correct.
And there’s this…
No information on the suspected shooter or the victim was released. The school is located 80 miles west of San Antonio.
That’s incorrect as well. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.kxan.com/news/texas/uvalde-elementary-school-locked-down-after-reports-of-active-shooter/amp/
Did he now? Well then maybe you should have used the update?
Or you could have checked the title.
Seems every news agency in the country is wrong then. Except yours.
There sure are a lot of mass shootings lately. Pattern.
Yep…either that or they need to update with the governor’s remarks.
Ooh! Welcome back! I see now.
Awful. Ugly. Sandy Hook vibes.
We can’t help it in this country. Supposedly no need for gun control, yet guns keep finding their way into the wrong hands.
Time for The Onion to update their (unfortunately) regularly occurring piece
What this country needs is to put violent criminals behind bars, and put severely mentally ill people into institutions where they can get help and not be a long term threat to other people. The answer is not gun control but sentencing that puts gun offenders away for a long long time.
If they’re too dangerous to own a gun, they’re too dangerous to be a part of society.
Do other first world countries that don’t regularly have nut jobs shooting places up not have mentally ill, or do they do a better job of treating them?
