Mark Meadows was there. He said it’s a lie.

Cool. That was reported in the Atlantic article.

Great. And the reporter spoke with two anonymous sources that had a different experience at that meeting.

Or so is the claim, can’t verify that. But what can be verified is the BS claim made the two folks who didn’t hide who they were.

It actually was verified by the reporter, the Atlantic fact checkers, and ultimately, the editor at the Atlantic. Just because they aren’t named, doesn’t mean they were created out of thin air.

The whole “Trust me, Bro” campaign.

We know the two named sources weren’t made out of thin air. As far as the unnamed sources…not so much evidence.

Can one believe a word the Atlantic says???

Again. If you think the Atlantic would run a story that doesn’t verify sources, in this case verifying that their anonymous sources attended the meeting in question … then I can’t help you with that.

Any thoughts on Trump’s offer to pay for the funeral and then … not?

In short, two reel people with no reservations in self identifying gave first hand accounts as to the BS of the story…vice a third hand account from a “journalist” from 2 unnamed sources.

I think the evidence points more towards BS.

I wouldn’t expect you to help verifying such claims…it’s not possible for you to do so. You can only rely on what they are claiming.

I understand that faith in journalism is in a bad place these days, and some of it is self-inflicted … but that’s not an excuse for not understanding how professional journalism works and how their stories are fact checked and edited. You certainly don’t have to believe everything the Atlantic reports, if that’s your prerogative, but thinking they just “make things up” because reporters suck isn’t a healthy way to process media and reporting.

Same goes for Meadows right?

I don’t know, I wasn’t basing my thoughts on what Meadows said.

…but, atleast we know he exists.

Now confess that Jeffrey Goldberg is a liar, and the Atlantic is a rag not even worthy of being used as toilet paper.

Does it feel good to repeat the bigoted statements of Jeffery Goldberg?

You should name those sources.

I acknowledge your feelings.

The sister stated that trump was nothing but kind and respectful. She also stated the army paid for the funeral and even offered burial at Arlington. She always said that the democrats are abusing her sister’s death and trying to use her death for political gain. She also said she voted for trump a few days ago.
